Abstract
La obra del profesor Francisco Javier Arrieta Idiakez, titular de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social de la Universidad de Deusto, que aquí se presenta bajo el título «La baja como causa de finalización de la relación societaria entre la persona socia y la sociedad cooperativa » y que ha sido publicada por la editorial Dykinson, en septiembre de 2019 (ISBN 978-84-1324-347-4), es el resultado de una laboriosa y ardua tarea de investigación que nos adentra en el estudio de una de las instituciones más complejas dentro del Derecho cooperativo, a saber, la baja de la persona socia.
