Registry Activity Related to Cooperatives in Cuba. Principles for its Improvement
Abstract
The present work sets out to base some assumptions that serve as a guide to contribute to the improvement of registry activity related to cooperatives in Cuba. This effort is in correspondence with the country’s efforts in this direction, since new rules have been enacted for the different spheres of national cooperativism in which the bases for a progressive unification of the registry system of these entities have been established. To this end, the historical references that link the institutions studied will be analyzed, the legal regimes that ordered, for years, the differential treatment of registry activity for the agricultural sector and the one that is not, will be contrasted, and finally, it will be formulated the aforementioned proposal.
