El cooperativismo mexicano a través de sus leyes
Abstract
In each of the various laws issued on cooperatives in our country, the constitutional principles laid the foundations for a National Project, which recognizes cooperatives within the social sector of the economy, however it is noted that powers are not granted to legislate in said matter, by virtue of the fact that on the one hand they are recognized as mercantile companies and on the other as companies in the social sector of the economy.
