La cooperativa en el nuevo constitucionalismo latinoamericano. Probables contribuciones al perfeccionamiento de su regulación constitucional en Cuba
Abstract
The objective of this work is to systematize the features that characterize the regulation of the cooperative in the new Latin-American constitutionalism, those that could contribute to the improvement of the Cuban constitutional text. In order to do so it begin explaining the historical origin and the tendencies of the legal regulations of the cooperative in the Constitutions, as well as the aspects that —in the author’s opinion— should contain this constitutionalisation. On this base they are valued, in a second moment, the limitations of the cooperative in the Cuban socialist Constitution. Lastly, it identifies in three of the representative texts of the new Latin American constitutionalism (Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia), the elements that could contribute to the improvement of the constitutional regulation of the figure in Cuba.
