The democratic principle in Costa Rican law

Abstract

In this work, the authors propose to develop how the democratic principle is lived in Costa Rica, what are the problems, its development, its realities and the problems that are experienced in relation to this principle internally and externally of cooperatives, assemblies of partners and delegate assemblies, as well as in particular the differences and litigation with the regulatory entities of the Savings and Credit sector, for which a brief overview of the cooperative legal framework of our country will also be given.
