El suministro de energía eléctrica. Participación de las cooperativas en la gestión de este servicio de interés general
Abstract
In this paper we analyze the basic legal regime of electric cooperatives in the legal nature of consumer cooperatives whose purpose is the distribution of electric energy and the commercialization of all types of energy products related to electricity. This analysis is based on the quantitative and qualitative importance of electric cooperatives, which nowadays represent an efficient management model that allows them to guarantee electricity supply to both their partners and to more and more customers at very low prices and Competitive, through the development in accordance with the principles and procedures of action of what can be called a sustainable energy model.
