La competencia legislativa en materia de cooperativas: el caso español
Abstract
This paper aims to examine the material scope of legislative competence with regard to cooperatives after the 1978 Constitution, as well as the territorial scope of legislative competence both in the stage prior to the current Law 27/1999 on Cooperatives and at present. It ends with a reference to state competence on the basis of the organisation of credit and insurance activity.
