La concepción societaria del Derecho Romano como referente para el perfeccionamiento de la regulación de la cooperativa en Cuba
Abstract
After the projections of the Guidelines materialized by means of an important normative packet of the end of 2012, the analysis of cooperatives in the context of the construction of socialism in Cuba has returned to the center of attention. In this regard, the issue of the legal nature of this institution in the Cuban juridical order remains a crucial point. Given the theoretical and practical inadequacies that have been detected in cooperative development, it is convenient to resort to an alternative approach that can serve as a reference for the improvement of the current legal regulation of cooperatives on the island: that of the societary conception of the Roman Law.
